Oftentimes, people may look at exercise or physical strain as a burden or an unnecessary activity. However, they could not be farther from the truth. In fact, studies have shown that physical activity can not only decrease stress but overall improve your mental health.
I am not telling you to get up and suddenly run a marathon. That would be ridiculous. Instead, like I have said in previous blogs, start with low, achievable goals that can develop consistency and habit like walking around for 10 minutes. Something as simple as that can rewire your brain into thinking of it the same way people think about brushing their teeth. Soon, it'll be so prominent in your daily routine that it will feel weirder if you don't do it.
But... you don't just start there. You have to build your way up just like anything else. This mindset can easily be applied to small business ideas, reading daily, etc. Don't make this process difficult. Make it enjoyable. Envision yourself at peak fitness and keeping that goal in mind could be the only motivation you need. The best thing for you is to be obsessed with becoming the best version of yourself in a multitude of aspects in your life.
Only you can change yourself. It all starts with a step, into a walk, into a jog, into a run.
One small step for you, one giant leap into your potential...
