Have you ever wanted to learn something new or take a new course on a topic of interest? Now... did you ever end up doing that? The answer is probably no. Like most of the world, procrastination keeps our minds captive from doing the things we love. The answer to this daring problem may seem simple, but doing so is one of the hardest feats to accomplish. You must do it. If you want to sign up and take that elective philosophy class instead of watching TV, then sign up and go. Take initiative in your future and remember that the harder your life is when you're young, the easier it will be when you're older. Learn while you still can and move your body while it still functions. As morbid as it sounds, your life is short and you must be willing to put effort into living your best life whilst fulfilling your potential.
Mental - Do something you have been wanting to do but the only thing stopping you is laziness
Physical - Go for a 10-minute walk/run
Financial - Practice saving, not spending
